Song of Longing

Take me to heaven, o soul of mine,
enclose me in walls pristine.
Loose the fetters of hands and tongue,
suffer thy glory sung!
Free me from endless agony
of weakness betraying thee.
Hold me by the power sublime
of thy kiss, o soul of mine!
